Terms of Service
Effective June 21, 2026. These terms explain how HardKnock sells and delivers digital maker plans. They are practical terms for this first public version and should be reviewed by counsel before final use.
Ownership
HardKnock is owned and operated by PocketSquad LLC. The site, brand, plan catalog, account experience, and digital delivery workflow are part of the PocketSquad LLC product family.
Digital Plans
HardKnock sells digital woodworking and maker plan files. Plans are informational references for makers and are not engineering approvals, permit approvals, code-compliance guarantees, or professional construction advice.
Accounts And Access
A customer account is required to access paid downloads. After checkout, purchased plans, bundles, or membership files are made available from the account downloads area.
Delivery And Refunds
Digital files are delivered through private account downloads and signed links. Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refund requests are reviewed case by case for duplicate orders, technical delivery issues, or accidental purchases.
Memberships
Membership benefits may include member-only plans, early releases, discounts, and first access to custom plan requests. Subscription billing, cancellation, and renewal handling are managed through Stripe.
Safety
Customers are responsible for safe tool use, material selection, local requirements, and final build judgment. Use protective equipment and consult qualified professionals where a project affects structure, utilities, or code-regulated work.
